What do you sell?

Finished 3D printed collectibles — character Pokéballs and window figures. We do not sell the digital print files.

How big are they?

Pokéballs are desktop-size display pieces. Full-size window figures are about 19–24 cm. Mini window figures are about 10 cm unless the listing says otherwise.

What material do you use?

PLA unless a listing says otherwise. 3D prints can show layer lines and slight color variation from spool to spool.

Are these official Pokémon products?

No. They are unofficial fan-made collectibles. Deft Creations (DC3D) is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

Can I request a color change?

Use the customization field on the product page. We will email you if we cannot do it.

How long does shipping take?

See the Shipping page. Most pieces are made to order.
