Because most items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged in shipping

Take photos of the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and email info@deftcreations.com. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Wrong item

If we sent the wrong character, contact us and we will make it right.

Prints are handmade. Layer lines and small color variation are normal, not defects.
